When you use Gradr.ai, you can be confident that we take data protection seriously. We have implemented several measures both internally and externally to ensure that our platform is a secure system you can trust. Unlike some other software providers, we do not own any personal data. As our customer, you will always have full control over your data.


Data Security

Data processed by Gradr.ai is performed in highly secure data centers in Europe. All data from our customers in the EU/EEA is stored within the EU/EEA. You can find more information in the 'Privacy and GDPR' section on this page.


Our solution is robust and reliable with appropriate failover mechanisms. We also have plans to prevent loss of customer data and recover data in the event of natural disasters or similar events.


Our systems are regularly tested for security vulnerabilities. A strong focus on security in our development teams ensures that the security of our platform is not compromised.


Data entered into Gradr.ai or through Google Docs and Workspace extensions is not used to develop, train, or improve AI models.

Privacy and GDPR

Gradr.ai follows all requirements for secure and responsible processing, storage, and deletion of user data in accordance with GDPR requirements. This privacy regulation is designed to significantly increase the protection of personal data of EU/EEA citizens. Our commitment goes a step further by only storing European customer data within the EU/EEA.


We do not own or control user data. User data is only shared with third parties that assist us in delivering our core services in line with GDPR. Apart from this, we do not share user data with third parties for marketing purposes or similar. Our relationship with our customers is governed by agreements that comply with GDPR regulations.

We encourage anyone who discovers potential security vulnerabilities in our service to contact us at security@gradr.ai. Anyone who reports potential vulnerabilities in accordance with our responsible reporting policy, which leads to changes from us, will be offered compensation.
